Something you need to know

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

3. To start a return, you can contact us at info@zozoparty. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Processing time

When we receive your after-sales application, we will reply to you via email within 48 hours

When we receive your return/exchange, we will process your refund/re-shipment within 48 hours


To ensure that you receive your exchange item as soon as possible, you can place an order for a new item as soon as you return it.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We accept order cancellation before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
